Physical education- April report card

I think my work habit is a G. I always have gym strip and have missed around 3 days of changing this whole year. I always come to class with a positive attitude and look forward to participating in class activities. I love interacting with my peers and try my hardest to set a good example for people younger then me. I'm always encouraging people to try harder and sometimes I feel like I need to encourage myself as well. I walk to and from school and have swimming every Tuesday and Thursday. Occasionally on Saturday and Sundays, I go to the newton gym. I also love going skating and playing badminton during my free time. I also might be participating in the sun run this weekend. I have really tried my hardest to participate in more physical activities outside of school. I just recently did the grouse grind and really enjoyed myself! I have been improving my eating as well. I completely cut out pop from my diet and am avoiding eating chips, candy etc. I feel I don't get enough of a workout during school, so I put extra hours during my free time. I have also been trying to push my friends into trying harder and I feel like I am a very good influence on them. I feel like my letter grade should be an A, because I am truly trying to improve.

Grade 9- Vaughan semester 2 interim report

I think I deserve a G as a work habit, because I am always on time to class and I am always changed. I have stopped recording the calories I consume everyday because you and many other people have told me to just keep track of eating healthy instead of counting the calories for everything. My dance ended but I found another way to keep my physical activity level up, so I decided to join the junior badminton team. I have really been enjoying myself and I personally think I've been doing extremely well. I have been getting closer to my goal of being more positive on fitness days and have been feeling very proud on fitness days. I've really been looking forward to individual class activities because we have been doing a lot of things as a whole pe block. I really do not enjoy choice because me and my friends aren't worried about doing anything and instead are just using pe as a hangout block. Other than that, pe has been pretty fun for me and I look forward to enjoying it all  year.

Physical education 9 semester 1 final

To start off with, I've Been choosing the wrong people to hang out with during pe and they haven't been the best supports I could have. Away from that, I try to put my fullest effort in everything but am always put down by my peers. I have promised myself to do fitness every single time, full out. I have downloaded some apps that have been really helping me with controlling my calories and I have been recording everything that I eat. This app has really encouraged me to eat healthier and I have been doing so and I'm always worried about staying under the amount of calories per day. Another app that I have, has been helping me see how many steps I take everyday and how many calories I burn everyday, and on the Tuesday when we did the pond run,  I went over 14000 steps. On a regular basis my steps are usually 3000-4000 and they have really been increasing because I started walking home from school. I have really been feeling better about myself and knowing the things that I eat and how many calories the things have, has not only encouraged but has forced me to eat healthier and exercise even more. I understand that my fitness level at school hasn't been the best and I really do want to make a change in that, but my level of physical health at home has really improved. I also have another friend that has been doing the same stuff and has also seen a difference in her health. Another form of physical activity I have been receiving, is through my dance. I have been dancing a lot due to the many in school performances. Other then that, I'm always in class, I have a change of clothes and even though I'm working on getting better in fitness days, the regular pe days are always exciting for me and I always enjoy them. I personally feel that my work habit is Good, and I deserve an A, because of the effort I have been putting into improving my health.

Physical Eduction- period:4 and day:2

I think I've been doing very well in pe because I have been helping out with clean up and I am always attending class, unless I'm not feeling well. I have been pushing myself really hard on fitness and regular days. I have also taken the teachers advice and partner up with people that try hard in pe. I try my hardest to encourage people who are not participating. Everyday before pe, I have dance and in dance we have to stretch before we do anything so I'm always prepared for pe and I'm not scared of pulling a muscle in class. I have been improving my diet because my goal is to become more fit and I really want to improve in my running. I feel like I could push myself a little harder when it comes to running. I have been working on my goals from last year and I feel like I have really improved. I don't have trouble with pe strip because I need it everyday for dance and I can just use the same clothes for pe. I think I could improve on having a more positive attitude on fitness days, but I absolutely love days when we don't have fitness. Hopefully by the end of the year I'll enjoy fitness more and encourage myself and my friends to go further. I think my work habit is a G.

PE final

I have been present in every PE class, except two in which one day i was absent and the other because of a back injury. I always have PE strip and don't have an excuse for forgetting things. Whether it is a regular PE day or a fitness day, i try to keep my participation level at the same rate. I really think my fitness level has increased and i have really been putting more effort into everything, compared to the beginning of the year. For example on the beep test i got 6.8 and my previous beep test level is usually 5.9 or around 6.3. I think these changes occurred because of teachers and friends pushing me to go further! During fitness or regular days, i bring as much positive energy as possible. I always help with getting and putting away equipment, and volunteering for parts in a game. I think all of the types of activities we have done this year have really put me in stage where i really want to be physically fit and push myself even harder. I think some thing that might be affecting my healthy eating is my great appetite for delicious goods. One way i could prevent myself from having all of that junk food, is to find recipes of healthy meals that will still taste as good as possible. Some things that i could improve on and will try my hardest to improve, are being lazy at home and avoiding being physically fit. I think this might change over the summer because of all the parks around my house and hopefully i will spend more time outdoors and getting my daily amount of physical activity. After all of this i think my final grade should result with an A, and the mistakes i have made this year, regarding being physically fit will be improved and won't happen again! i know that the teachers are only helping us for when we are independent and they just want us to be able to push ourselves in school and out of school!
